A traveler bound to a system had a mission: conquer a certain character. But the host's acting skills were dismal. Every time he got nervous, his face went blank. His lines came out stiffly, as if he were reciting scripture.
The character he was supposed to conquer felt increasingly exasperated each day. “Please, just let me go,” he often pleaded silently.
“Ah, no. Do you really have to ignore my true feelings for you?” the host said expressionlessly.
Occasionally, he would look down on the plot tasks, delivering his lines only to immediately criticize himself afterward. “Even if you don’t want me, I will always protect you.” After saying this, he would turn his face away and mutter, “Tch.”
The host disdain for the plot setup was obvious, his expression of annoyance vivid. He was particularly unprofessional.
The character rubbed his eyes, convinced he must be misreading the situation.“Did you just make a ‘tch’ sound?” he asked.
“No,” the host lied, his eyes wide open.
Amid this frustrating daily routine, the system was suffering, bleeding three liters a day from the effort of trying to conquer him. And yet, against all odds, the host actually… succeeded!
